Filling up of one post of Joint Commissioner of Security (Civil Aviation) in the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security on deputation basis. Reference is invited to our earlier circular of even number dated 3rd June, 2010 (copy enclosed) inviting applications from eligible candidates to fill up one post of Joint Commissioner of Security (Civil Aviation) (General Central Service Group 'A' Gazetted-Non- Ministerial) in the Pay Band-4 with Grade Pay of Rs.10, 000 / - on deputation basis in the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security.

The period of deputation shall not ordinarily exceed three years. The maximum age limit shall not exceed 56 years on the closing date of application. The selected officer will be posted at Headquarters of BCAS at Delhi.
Bio-data of suitable and willing officers who are clear from vigilance angle may please be sent in the enclosed proforma, in duplicate, along with the following documents through their cadre controlling authorities So as to reach the undersigned latest by 01.10.2010.
- Vigilance Clearance Certificate
- Integrity Certificate
- Statement of penalties (Major / Minor) imposed, if any during the last ten years.
- ACRs dossier or ACRs for the last five years (It may kindly be noted that the Photostat copies of ACRs should be attested by an officers not below the rank of Under Secretary or equivalent on each page)
