Skills & Requirements:

1. ASP.NET: C # / ASP.NET / Visual Studio 2005/2008, SQL Server 2000/2005/2008
2. PHP: Web Developer with strong LAMP, PHP, MySQL, CSS, XML, XHTML with any MVC framework
3. JAVA/J2EE: JAVA J2EE knowledge is a must. Excellent knowledge and experience on Struts and Hibernate. Experience on web services will be a plus. Certifications will be a plus.

Other Skills:

• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Should be passionate about taking challenges and responsibilities and fulfill them on time
• Meet project deadlines.
• Able to handle multiple projects
• Ability to work independently, self-motivate and help team members
• Candidate should be good in communication (for lead level).
