Position: Tech. Support (Lotus Notes)
Experience: 0-1 year
Requirements:

• To extend technical support to our global customers for Synaptris Software Products.
• Should be willing to work in shifts.
• Should ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction with customers.
• Should work to Achieve prescribed SLA's.

Desired Profile:

• Excellent Communication skills.
• Should have excellent analytical skills with positive attitude to learn.
• Preferably with engineering candidate.
• Should be flexible and should be able to work under pressure.
• Any certifications Lotus Notes or relevant experience is strongly desired.
• Non-engineering candidate can be considered with Lotus Notes certifications.
